By acquiring a puppy or dog (in-person or online) from Hobby Chihuahua Home, the buyer understands and consents to the provisions and stipulations of this agreement. This protection is for both the purchaser and seller and only applies to the cost of the puppy.

To be eligible for the limited health assurance stated below, the buyer must have their puppy checked by a certified veterinarian within the initial 48 hours of possession (if the puppy is obtained in person from Hobby Chihuahua home) or shipping (if the puppy is shipped by aircraft carrier).

At the time of purchase, the puppy is guaranteed to be of sound health and temperament. If a problem is identified, the buyer must notify the seller the same day to be eligible for a replacement. No assurance is given for any problems not identified by a vet. If in doubt, the seller has the right to seek a second opinion from a licensed vet and this opinion will be used as the final judgment.

In the event that the puppy has a major congenital defect (one that prevents it from living a normal pet life), it must be returned within 24 hours of the examination and a new puppy (of equal or lesser value) will be provided if the seller receives written confirmation from the examining vet. If the purchaser chooses to keep the puppy, they accept responsibility for all medical costs.

No guarantee is provided by the seller for any issues arising prior to the veterinary examination, including any health problems or ailments brought on by the purchaser, such as injury, illness, or immunizable disease. The purchaser is responsible for any associated costs, including vet fees, treatment expenses, shipping fees, transportation costs, or mental stress.

This puppy is sold as a pet only and there is no guarantee as to its adult size, colour, quality, fertility, or future offspring. Should correct care and health management not be provided (including an appropriate diet and regular veterinary care), this agreement will be void.
